Remember to Bring:

A hanger for your dress

It doesn’t have to be a stand as pictured, but anything more aesthetic than a clear, plastic hanger will make a huge difference in your photos :)

Don’t forget your details!

The more you provide me with, the better. Examples: your invitations and the envelope they came in, a wax seal, extra florals (ASK YOUR FLORIST), ribbon, perfume, your wedding shoes, all rings and aesthetic box(es), your vow books if you have them. PLEASE HAVE ALL OF THIS COLLECTED FOR ME IN A BOX, READY TO PHOTOGRAPH.

Vendor meal

Quick reminder about the vendor meal clause in our signed contract:

A meal will be provided to the Photographer(s) at appropriate meal times during the wedding day. Meals are to be provided at the time the Bride & Groom are eating. The Photographer(s) are to eat the same meal that is served to your guests, and are to be provided plate(s) and silverware. Please discuss these details with your caterer and your planner ahead of time. The Photographer must be able to eat as near to the time as the Bride and Groom eat to ensure that the Photographer(s) can be finished eating before the toasts or any other part of the reception occurs that should be photographed.

PLEASE REMEMBER PLATES & SILVERWARE! Hunting down these items often take up a significant amount of meal time and add stress instead of providing us a time to rest and recharge.
